Team Store - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Vantage Wrestling's online team stores. These terms and conditions govern your use of our platform for ordering custom team gear. Please read these terms carefully before using our service. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. User Accounts
2.1. User accounts are not required to use our platform. You may browse and place orders without the need for an account.
3. Store Creation and Management
3.1. Team stores are created and managed by Vantage Wrestling. The launch and closing dates of team stores are determined by the coach of the program or our designated point of contact.
3.2. Team stores are open for a specified period. We typically allow a 24-hour grace period for additional orders after the team store has officially closed. No add-ons or additional orders will be accepted beyond this grace period.
4. Order Cancellations, Edits, and Replacements
4.1. Order Cancellations
4.1.1. Orders may be canceled and refunded in full if the cancellation request is made before the closing date of the team store. Once the team store closes, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.
4.2. Order Edits
4.2.1. Orders may be edited and modified as long as the request is submitted before the closing date of the team store. Please note the following:
- If an item within the order has customization, such as a name or specific design, and the request for editing involves changes to the customization, the affected item may need to be canceled and refunded. Users can then reorder the item with the correct sizing, name, or customization. Our system does not allow changes to items with customization after the store has closed.
4.3. Replacements
4.3.1. In the event that an item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, replacements may be requested. Items will be replaced only if the damage or issue is attributable to manufacturing or handling processes.
4.3.2. Replacements will not be provided for items that exhibit signs of normal wear and tear, mishandling, or any damage that occurs after the order is received.
5. Product Listings
5.1. The products listed in team stores are determined by the coach or team contact for each program. Vantage Wrestling does not modify or add products to the team stores without authorization.
6. Payment and Transactions
6.1. Payments for team gear orders are processed securely through our Shopify platform. Payment must be made via credit card.
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1. Once a team store has closed, items will enter the production queue within 24 hours.
7.2. Depending on the items available in the team store, shipping may take up to 6 weeks from the team store closing date. Please refer to specific team store information for estimated delivery times.
8. User Responsibilities
8.1. Users are responsible for double-checking their orders, ensuring that all items ordered are the correct size and cut. Vantage Wrestling is not responsible for errors or discrepancies in user orders.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All intellectual property rights associated with the team gear products, designs, and logos featured in the team stores are the exclusive property of Vantage Wrestling or their respective owners.
9.2. Users are not authorized to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any intellectual property associated with the products without explicit written permission from Vantage Wrestling or the respective rights holders.
9.3. If you believe that any intellectual property rights have been infringed upon within the team stores, please contact Vantage Wrestling's designated point of contact for resolution.
9.4. Vantage Wrestling reserves the right to take legal action against any party found to be infringing upon intellectual property rights within the team stores.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. We utilize Shopify's privacy policies to protect user data. Please refer to Shopify's privacy policy for more information on how your data is handled.
11. Termination and Dispute Resolution
11.1. Team stores may be terminated under the following circumstances: - No orders are placed within the specified timeframe for the team store. - Item minimums are not met, as communicated ahead of time.
12. Liability and Disclaimers
12.1. Vantage Wrestling disclaims any warranties or guarantees related to the team gear products sold on our platform. Products are customized as per the orders, and we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the product.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
