When can I expect my items to arrive?
Typical turnaround time is 5-6 weeks after the team store has closed. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order.
My team store has closed. Can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, once a team store has closed, we are unable to accommodate any additional orders. We encourage you to take advantage of future opportunities to order during open store periods.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled as long as it is before the store closing date. However, please note that once the team store has closed, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my item?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but all items are made to order, meaning each piece is custom-made specifically for you. As a result, we do not carry any extra stock to facilitate exchanges. We highly recommend reviewing sizing guides carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
My item came with a defect. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, if an item comes with a defect or is incorrect on our end, we will certainly replace the item as quickly as possible. Please reach out to our customer service team with details and any accompanying images so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your item has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
