Singlet FAQ

What's the lead time for production?

Custom singlets typically ship 5–6 weeks from final design approval. Your account manager confirms the timeline when your order is locked in, accounting for any seasonal demand.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For initial orders we require a minimum of 10 singlets. After your team is set up in our system, there's no minimum on reorders or replacements — order one if that's what you need.

Can I order replacements mid-season?

Absolutely. Once your team has placed an initial order, your account manager keeps your design on file. Need a replacement singlet for a new athlete or a torn one? Contact us and we'll put it in production.

What's covered by the 2-year warranty?

The Seam-to-Seam Warranty covers any seam failure during normal use for 24 months from delivery. Wear and tear, damage from improper care, and modifications are not covered. See the full warranty for details.

Can we get a sample before placing a full order?

Sample singlets are available on request for programs that need to evaluate fit and quality before committing to a full team order. Talk to your account manager about sample availability and pricing.
