Before You Ask
Do I have to commit when I request the design?
No. The mockup is genuinely free with no obligation. We build it, send it to you, and you decide from there. About 70% of the coaches who request a design end up ordering — because the design is good and the offer makes sense — but you're never locked in.
What's the minimum order size?
12 singlets. Most programs order 18–25 depending on roster size. If you're a smaller club or middle school program, talk to your rep — there's flexibility on certain template designs.
When does the early bird price end?
July 31, 2026. After that, pricing returns to $65/singlet. No extensions.
How does the 5-week shipping work?
The 5-week clock starts the day you approve your final design and place the order — not the day you submit the form. If you request a design on July 1, approve it on July 15, and place the order that day, your gear ships around August 19.
What if I'm not the coach — can I still request this?
If you're an AD, booster club rep, or assistant coach with sign-off authority to order team gear, yes. If you're a parent or athlete trying to gather info for your coach, the better move is to send them this page directly.
